Eating clean and running strong are what I believe make the difference in my appearence, how I feel and most of all how I function. I firmly believe that I cannot out-train a poor diet. Yes, I have my moments where I fall short and eat cookies and other snacks! Yes, we all lead busy lives and often have little time to prepare healthy meals, but that change too. I will address meal prep in another post. Please understand you do not have to be an awesome cook to eat clean. You do not need a lot of money to eat clean either. - Frozen chicken strips
- Cowboy caviar
- Cucumber
- Arugula salad
- Balsamic vinegrette
I sizzled the chicken strips in a pan with extra virigin olive oil. While that was cooking, I threw my caviar into the microwave and chopped up my cucumber mixing with the salad and vinegrette dressing.
